Shoe got dirty used shoe cleaner like all other shoes. Patten leather bled on to material. Prada states from assistant manager. Well since you washed the shoe that caused the defective nature of the material. I stated Jordan has never done this and it's a200 dollar product. LV runner has never done this . FOG shoe hasn't done this either. Prada cups are supposed to be an athletic shoe in which bleeding shouldn't be an issue at 950 bucks after tax might I add should hold up better. The she gives me an HR response. Only for me to rebuttal. I understand PRADA JUST PRODUCES AN INFERIOR PRODUCT. She screams I laugh and hang up . High-end my *** I should of just brought the knock off for 1/10 of the price and not deal with the lies. Prada you produce *** products .

The worst return policy on items. They have a 14 day for in store purchases and 30 for online purchase. If its a gift and it has been over that time frame, you are out of luck. Ridiculous, I will never ever buy another product from these people. You will be out of money and have a product you cant utilize. Nothing is cheap!!!

The same problem with the handle...a part of the hinge has broken...again...I sent the glasses back to be repaired after a long process...pictures etc; an absolute headache ! I should already be in your system...

My daughter bought some shoes in Scottsdale Arizona location. She wore them and they literally cut up her feet and tore her socks to bits. We contacted Prada and they basically told us to pack sand. They said we were past the returned date and there was nothing that we could do and they suggested that we keep wearing the shoes that will take at least 10 times of making our feet bloody before they are comfortable. What in the world is that response? I get better customer service from Walmart. When you pay that much money for a product, you should get that much higher level of customer service and not told to wear the body shoes. There obviously was a defect with these shoes, but no one was willing to listen.

Hi I bought this pair in USA in 2018 and I m very disappointed to see patches on the lenses. First it started to peal off from the edges of the lenses and now it has got to a stage where I cant wear it at all . I paid a lot to but this specially because of your brand name and now I wonder why I paid so much for a pair thats pealed off after awhile.In the same day my wife bought a Celine pair and it doesnt have any issues like this. And stil it looks like brand new.

My name is Silvia Mihalache,i was on Saturday 10 September to Prada store in Düsseldorf and bought a pair of boots, i just tried them and bought them without checking the details. Once i returned to my hotel room, i unboxed them and saw all the damaged , they have glue on them, a defect like a scratch and the seams for the laces are poorly done. When o came back to the store to return them, it was already closed. On sunday morning at 8 am i had the flight back home. In Romania we don t have a Prada store, i already called today at the store from Düsseldorf and they told me to get in contact with Prada customer service to solve the problem . I will attach in this mail the pictures and the invoice.

Shocking experience - Ive never been treated with so much sexism and discrimination before, not to mention at a luxury retail. After I declined to stay together and follow my friend to mens section due to not being interested in mens clothes, a sales guy started harassing me and trying to push me to go follow my boyfriend because they are light in the store - while the 2 of us were the only clients and there were 3 sales associates + a security guard. I declined again and he and security guy went to open the door for me to leave (what, why?). I said I dont want to leave and will continue to look around - whereas he said Id appreciate if you dont touch the items in the store. HUH? He proceeded following me harassing even when I asked for him to stop talking to me, so I had to text my partner to come downstairs so we can leave this stressful store. When he came down, the sales guy started complaining to him about me, calling my partner brother, eventually talking over me saying none of that happened and he didnt say such things. And he was even pointing hands at me and shaking his head in a manner look at her, do you see what I mean. My partner then went to the cashier while I asked to see some earrings hoping *** come to his senses and do his job, and he declined and said *** call someone to help me. When a female Client Relations came out and asked him to open the display for me, he said she said she doesnt want me to help her and left! I am a Slavic looking woman, look younger than my age and I know that this guy decided to go on a power trip since my partner went upstairs and left me alone with him and the security person. They were both black and targeting me, talking down at me like Im some thief or beggar. My partner looks rather middle eastern although he is not, so they decided Im just some Pretty Woman as someone else mentioned in another Google review on this store. I hold a directorial position at a marketing corporation, buy my own clothes, and by the way, that day I was wearing 3 pieces of clothing by Prada brand of the latest collection, and intended to buy more. Its the second time this store treats me poorly like looking down at me as if sales people there are better than me and I cant afford anything, only wasting their time. So many reviews indicate that this store targets women and treats them with disrespect. I am still very literally shook from this extremely stressful incident. Beware

Hi, I purchased a winter coat, have worn only for 2 years and not even that often. But the bottom zipper wrapper is just so fragile, I dont understand why Prada like high-end brand makes such a sloppy zipper, so disappointed. I never had this kind of problem with other clothing. I didnt expect this kind of experience when I spend more than six thousand dollars for a coat, which only last for 2 seasons?! I wish I can attach picture to show how sloppy the quality of 6 thousand dollars coat! I dropped off my coat to the shop, where I purchased and they ask me to pay 150 dollars to replace the whole zipper. The zipper itself doesnt have any issue. Its where the zipper starts. I deserve to hear from Prada about this unreasonable and nonsense customer service and low quality hardware of your high-end brand name product. I never ever made complain notes to any company not even write reviews in my life. But so disappointed with Prada and I had to do something and I will be waiting to hear from you. Thanks.
